Shipping

Orders are shipped in weekly batches so each order can be prepared with care, while also helping reduce unnecessary waste along the way.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking update by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs handling, and carrier delays.

Returns for T-Shirts

Return or exchange requests for T-shirts must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

* unworn
* unwashed
* in original condition
* free from stains, damage, perfume, or other signs of use
* suitable for resale

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Final Sale for Intimate Items

For hygiene reasons, intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@liorune.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.
